Q: Is the price negotiable?
A: Sorry, it s not. It is a fix price.

Q: How do I contact you?

Q: Where's the picture of the item?
A: Please click on the item name, the figure will show up.

Q: Is it new item?
A: No, it second hand item, it were owned by Japanese fans. Some items are in unopened condition, other are in opened condition. We could not make sure whether the opened items are used or not.

Q: Are there any damages on the item?
A: We will mention on the list if there's any damage on the item, and we will show the damaged part on the picture. Please pay attention to it.

Q: Can I book it?
A: Yes, you can. You can book it for 2 weeks. But if there's no any contact from you after two weeks, we will cancel the booking.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: It depends on the weight of your order, the destination, and the type of shipping you use. 

Q: How if my package is lost/broken?
A: We are not taking responsibility if the package is lost or broken during the shipment. We will pack your order as best as we could so that it will be safe.

Q: What about the tax? What should I do if I asked to pay it by the post office?
A: That tax is the buyer's responsibility. We will sent the package with 'gift' label and very cheap price tag, so that hopefully the post office will not charge for tax.

Q: How do I pay to you?
A: By paypal in Yen currency. We will tell you the address through private message. If there's any fees from paypal, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay it.
